Specialized Academic Council D 26.007.05 operates according to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Order № 1413 of October 24, 2017. The Council takes into consideration and conducts scientific debates of theses for the degree of Doctor (Candidate) of/in Law in the field:
12.00.09 – Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics; Forensics examination; Operatively-Search Activity.
Head of the Specialized Academic Council – Doctor of Law, Professor Larysa Davydivna Udalova, National Academy of Internal Affairs, Director of the Institute for Management Training and Advanced Training.
Deputy of the Head of Specialized Academic Council – Doctor of Law, Senior Researcher Yurii Yuriiovych Orlov, National Academy of Internal Affairs, Chief Scientific Researcher of the Department of Organization of Scientific Activity and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights.
Scientific Secretary of the Specialized Academic Council – Candidate of Law, Docent Dmytro Oleksandrovych Savitsky, National Academy of Internal Affairs, Head’s assistant of the Institute for Management Training and Advanced Training.
The term of office of the Specialized Scientific Council is until October 24, 2020.
