The Specialized Academic Council D 26.007.01 operates according to the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Order № 996 of July 11, 2017. The Council takes into consideration and conducts scientific debates of theses for the degree of Doctor (Candidate) of/in Law and Psychology in the fields:
12.00.12 - Philosophy of Law (legal sciences);
19.00.06 - Legal Psychology (legal and psychological sciences).
Head of the Specialized Academic Council - Doctor of Law, Professor Mykhailo Vasylovych Kostytskyi, National Academy of Internal Affairs, Professor of the Department of Philosophy of Law and Legal Logic.
Deputy Head of the Specialized Academic Council – Doctor of Law, Professor Dmytrо Volodymyrovych Andreiev, National Academy of Internal Affairs, Director of Educational and Scientific Institute № 3.
Scientific Secretary of the Specialized Academic Council – Doctor of Psychology, Professor Olena Ivanivna Kudermina, National Academy of Internal Affairs, Professor of the Department of Legal Psychology.
The term of office of the Specialized Scientific Council is until December 31, 2019.
